"The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only downside was the heavy traffic outside the hotel, which could be a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again."

Had my booking company called also and they refused. Horrible customer service they are only interested in the finance aspect not the humane feelings. "The room was clean and comfortable. The view over the lake was fantastic. I've stayed several times. I go back because the pool is large, with lots of loungers and the breakfast has best variety of any hotel breakfast in the city. The staff is excellent, both friendly and professional. I appreciate the fact that there are posted rules for areas and the staff follows through with the rules, even when some customers complain. For instance, while at the pool recently, I saw a father arguing with the staff because he had put his young daughter in the pool in regular clothes. They pointed out that she needed to be in proper swim attire. He argued and yelled, but they held firm. Congratulations and well done to the staff!"

"The location sounds promising on paper. Beach is a one minute walk, which is nice. But the beach itself is in pretty rough shape with a lot of waste around it, so that walk doesn’t quite deliver what you’d hope for. All rooms have only a partial view with no direct sea-facing option, which wasn’t what we expected. Worth knowing before you book if the view matters to you. Food was decent and the kitchen does its job. The chai though average at best, and for a coastal property that’s a small but telling miss. What saved this from being a lower rating was one front desk employee called Tabish, who genuinely tried to help us get a better room. That kind of effort stands out and I want to call it out because it was real. Overall it’s a middling stay. Not bad enough to regret but not good enough to return."
