Very Good property. I stayed in Club room which were spacious by any standard, newly renovated they had premium bathroom fittings and toiletries. The mattress was so good that I have back ache which seemed to disappear miraculously. The breakfast spread was ideal for a corporate traveler - not too much and yet enough. The Hospitality was top-notch, our room was luxurious too. And I must say, the food and drinks were just so delicious, better than our expectations. Compliments to the chef. I didn't sleep for 36 hours and didn't had food for 12 hours when arrived late in the afternoon at Shera Hotel and Banquet Navi Mumbai. Totally exhausted i expressed this towards the manager and staff. They acted at once, unburden me, ordered food for me, and settled me in my room.
