"While the hotel is a bit dated and the hallways narrow to get to the tower elevator, staff are extremely nice and helpful and the 2 bedroom suite clean and served our needs. We needed a place to stay the day before our flight out, and the airport shuttle was perfect."

"Now the location may scare some people away but it shouldn't. There is a grocery store and a dollar store across the street and a nice bar/restaurant in the lobby. The staff at the desk was very helpful. The room itself had a fan and A/C however it did smell a little musty when we first got into it. But once we got the A/C going it cleared up. Everything was spotless and the bed was quite comfortable. Our room was over the beer store on the side street and the single pane windows allowed quite a bit of noise from outside. That being said it was everything we expected in Downtown Vancouver. It's close to all the downtown things and Uber was cheap to get around. Parking was questionable as there are very limited spots in the lot for the hotel and otherwise you would have to park on the street. Overall it was a good place to stay as long as you aren't expecting a high end resort style experience."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Everything went smoothly during my stay, and I was happy with the service. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend this hotel to others."
