"I stayed at the Best Western Plus McKinney Inn and Suites this past weekend and had a very positive experience. The hotel location is excellent with easy access from the freeway. Historical downtown McKinney is nearby and many restaurants are located within a short distance of the property. Parking is plentiful and convenient. The staff provided excellent service and showed genuine appreciation toward guests. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast each morning as well as hot water and coffee available at all hours. Housekeeping cleaned the room each day and replaced towels and bed sheets regularly, which helped maintain a very comfortable stay. The only minor issue involved thin walls. Television noise from a neighboring room could be heard at times. Overall, the stay was very pleasant. A future visit to McKinney will certainly include another stay at this hotel. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience."

"Pool closed. Place needs a refresh. TV was a hassle to understand. Staff helped me day 1 and I had same issues day 2 and 3 and quit. Breakfast was good. Warm and plentiful. Staff was nice- very nice. Very quiet all hours. Top priority. Location served my trip well. "
