Located in the beginning of the town which makes it a quiter from the hassles of the town traffic. Room we stayed was bit smaller but, neat and clean. Had a nice tea estate view from the window. Staff were curtious. Drawbacks are lack of proper car parking and non-availability of lift. Overall had a good stay.

Close to Munnar yet perched high above this slightly scrappy town gives this historical place a lofty view of the verdant valleys. The staff are very helpful and friendly on all levels. We felt it very important to know this place's unique history to really understand what the owners are trying to achieve. Beautiful hotel in a stunning setting with friendly management and staff

Thomas and his staff made our stay run very smoothly.Our tour of the Tea plantation was a fantastic experience.we ate at the hotel on both nights of our stay and the food was excellent.The free tour of the grounds was an added bonus!well worth a stay and it doesn't feel like a soulless corporate hotel!

Incredible views! Get the room with the view. It's very peaceful here, staff are attentive and welcoming, on-site restaurant is great. Room was also great, although fan very loud in our particular room - maybe an old fan that needs replacing. Otherwise 5*

All was good. Food was amazing

We really enjoyed our 3 day stay at this hotel. Friendly welcome and set in a tranquil location, near to a good bakery. The rooms are big and cosy and spotlessly clean thanks to the housekeeping staff. Delicious food in the restaurant.
