The staff were super friendly and helpful in terms of helping us in all our queries and they have a luggage storage room as well. "The room was brilliant, beds very comfortable, the receptionists were great! Phone from room wasn't getting through to reception. The pool and jacuzzi water did not look particularly clean when I used them. I would also add that I found one of the male restaurant workers to come across quite cold and even though I speak Spanish fluently, he kept frowning at me and replying in English. No issues in this sense with any other team member. Apart from this, a wonderful hotel experience and I would certainly return! :)"
