All of the other material assets are also very nice; beds, bathrooms, pools, etc, etc but the most impressive was the staff and their attention to timely service and detail. "Location is great, across from shopping mall Tobalada, 5min walk to Costanera. 2min walk to metro. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking lot free of charge. Minus for not having a spa (at least sauna), plus for gym which is open 24h. Top floor of the hotel have a swimming pool, but no heating, so in the winter you can practice Wim Hof method. Price is fair, and I would definitely stay again. "

"Lovely hotel. Very quiet room. Breakfast is wonderful. Nice rooftop bar with a reasonable choice of meals and lovely views. Very friendly helpful staff who could speak some English which was helpful. 10 minutes walk to the lovely skytower which has amazing views over stunning Santiago. I organised an airport transfer with the hotel a few days before my arrival, and they were punctual and waiting for me with my name on a sign. Would definitely stay here again. Thankyou for a lovely stay."
