"Nice building in a very quiet area, very close to the Metro. The room was nice and clean with a small but functional kitchen. We only stayed for one night and it was perfect for us."

"Focused on pleasant, friendly service!"

"Hotel is located in a quiet area of Providencia and is gated for security. (This is normal in Santiago.) We stayed at a time when there was much social unrest and the staff were very helpful in advising us of where to go and where and what to avoid. Most of the the other guests were couples like us. "Decent place in an exceptional location! Highly recommend, as it is very walkable to a ton of great stuff!"

"Ubicacion excelente, cercano para todo tramites, conectividad igual. Personal muy atento. Habitaciones muy comodas. Si bien cuenta con ventilador. Lo reemplazaria por un sistema de aire acondicionado y calefaccion que abarque todos los espacios."

"Basico, bien."

"My two main areas of discomfort were : 1.- No TV in bed room. 2.- manager insisted on payment in cash and for that purpose showed to the apartment without notice at inappropriate hours two days in a row. Location is good but I will not go back to the same apartment, there are several companies in the same building."
