Buena ubicación, tranquila. El personal muy amable, buena limpieza, aunque usan mucho cloro para lavar la ropa y las toallas te mata el olor a cloro. El desayuno escasa variedad de comidas y me toco días de calor, es insoportable el calor en el comedor sin aire , ni ventilador, pobres loa funcionarios. El aire acondicionado en las habitaciones solo hay en el living, en los dormitorios ni ventiladores hay y con días de más de 30 grados tuve que dormir en el sillón del living, si dice aire acondicionado uno supone que es en todo el hotel o por lo menos en todo el apartamento. No se puede ir en verano

Buen tamaño, mobiliario antiguo. Buena ubicación

Los departamentos son cómodos, amplios,con terraza, buena cocina, buena calefacción y agua caliente abundante , muy bien ubicados .Pero el mobiliario es muy antiguo, camas,colchones, sillones , TV , decoración etc. El equipamiento de cocina , que hay que solicitarlo, muy pobre. No hay escurridor de platos por ejemplo , ollas antiguas , etc. El TV cable del dormitorio principal estaba malo , no pudieron arreglarlo y el del dormitorio 2 también , la solución fue cambiar la TV al living. Aseo muy precario. Desayuno precario.

Acceptable stay, served our needs.

The stay was acceptable. The walls were dirty and in need of cleaning and paint. The curtains and shower curtain were quite dirty, and in need of replacement. The furniture is showing age. There was only one AC for the apartment located in the living room. We needed to run it al day with bedroom doors open. It was a two bedroom, two bath suite which suited our needs well.

Not fancy but clean and well located

Very well located. I had a 2 bedroom appartment with 2 bathrooms - corner room. It was a little bit cramped but it was nice to have a dinning table where we held meetings with colleagues. The appartments in the middle of the building are airier - with one bedroom. Very bright rooms. the balconies are a plus. Clean. could do with some modernization but it did the job. Breakfast is simple but nice and the upper floor including the breakfast room have amazing views. I could not keep my room past checkout time but they keep the luggage.

Proximo ao metro

Foi uma boa estadia, os quartos e banheiros não são grandes, porém, existe closet que facilita guardar as coisas, a limpeza é adequada. O café da manha é simples mais satisfaz, é servido no ultimo andar, o elevador não chega até lá , devendo subir um lance de escadas e não há acesso para deficiente fisico.O elevador quando se chama, não possui a possibilidade de se indicar qual a direção se vai( para cima ou para baixo) o que muitas vezes para ir ate o café da manhã será necessário descer ate o terreo para depois subir ate o ultimo andar. O que achei de pior é que não possui ar condicionado nos quartos, deixamos o ar condicionado da sala ligado durante o dia inteiro nos 04 dias de hospedagem e foi possivel resfriar os quartos. A outra coisa que se tem de ter cuidado é caso vá com crianças, pois a sacada é boa , mas o guarda corpo é baixo e não existe rede de proteção.

linda zona, super segura, cerca del costanera center podes ir a pie y de la zona de bares y restaurantes. tiene desayuno basico con una linda vista.
