"Beautiful old rooms with tall ceilings. Staff are friendly and helpful. Beautiful walled in large yard.
Location is good. This side of town a little runned down "

Park Plaza Apart Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"I would stay here again. Parking is accessible. There is a grocery near by. I liked the 2-levels with the stairs and kitchen. It is a decent distance from the metro.
Nice place!"
"Cold showers the entire stay here, in the middle of winter. Unbelievable. It's a known issue as the front desk says you have to let the water run for an astonishing 30 minutes and "maybe" the water will get warmer. It's one thing to have an unexpected issue, but to rent rooms with such a glaring issue in winter hoping no one will complain is pretty unacceptable. Also make sure you know that the included breakfast is at the restaurant and you have to verify with them that's what you're getting, because they hand guests a menu with expensive prices on it without saying anything, which I'm sure is very confusing for many guests and makes very little sense. "Qué buen hotel y muy buena localización. Gracias al personal del hotel que nos trató muy amablemente y nos dió consejos como turistas, en especial a: Andrea, César, Cristian y Nelly."
"I researched the area when booking, and this hotel from visual sites and ratings seems accommodating.. I checked off my boxes once I arrived.
I was greeted and welcomed. A comfortable bed, a hot shower, and a cold room with A/C. They also offered breakfast, which hit the spot. The hotel is located conveniently near the airport, work, and at an affordable price. I like it and will recommend this property."
