ABSOLUTE SCAM! DO NOT STAY HERE! My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. The room had mold in the shower and smelled like a dirty dish rag. The fridge was full of the last guest’s half eaten food and drinks. We didn’t think much of it, since we wouldn’t be using fridge. But when we checked out the staff claimed we’d eaten a bunch of mini bar items. We didn’t even know there was a minibar! Staff were extremely rude, demanding cash, and grabbing at my wallet from my hands. I had no way to prove it wasn’t us and he refused to allow us to leave without paying for the items we didn’t eat/drink. I had no choice but to pay so we could get to the airport on time. Then the staff member took my cash and pocketed it!!! Total scam!! Horrible experience, with thieving and lying staff!!!!

The front desk almost always has English speaking staff. They are always very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a very convenient location and pretty safe. It’s very clean. They also did a big favor to let me shower before boarding a night flight. Thank you!

An immaculate hotel and the best price!

I wasn't sure which hotel to book, so I did some thorough research. At first, I was hesitant because the price was so low, but I can confidently say that this hotel is absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect and feels very safe. The hotel was clean and immaculate, and the bedding was very comfortable. My room had a large TV and a fridge, and the air conditioning unit had a remote control, allowing me to set the temperature to my liking. The staff was incredibly helpful with touring inquiries every day. Security was also reassuring; you either had to be buzzed in or use your key card to access the building. Despite being the least expensive hotel option, I genuinely believe that even if they charged triple, it would still be worth it!zed in or use your key card to access the building. The hotel room was very spacious but not one staff member spoke English it wasn’t the best experience you would think someone would be able to speak English and they are always on their phone so getting their attention is challenging but the hotel itself was wonderful and great and their a great restaurant next door

It was good, cozy, I loved the sheets and the pillows. Great customer service, the only thing is that the heater does not reach very well the bathroom, it was a bit cold in the bathroom, but the hot shower worked very well. It was very well worth the money.

Not for everyone but great location and value.

Selected this property based on location and price for a 2 day stay in Santiago. It’s different, think high school locker room meets steam punk. Bed was king size and supremely comfortable. Refrigerator provided. Some downsides, AC is central and runs all the time and is noisy but kept the room at the desired temperature. Rooms and hallways are DARK, even with all of the lights on. Cement floors not for everyone. Water pressure and temperature was good but a full 3-4 minutes to get hot water and shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. Coffee in room is not free. Overall I enjoyed my stay and staff was very helpful.
