"I spend 2 days in Karni Fort in February 2019 on my motorbike trip around Udaipur. It was a wonderful experience: beautiful building and room, incredible 360° views on the plain and hills of Rajasthan, incredibly caring staff/manager and silence. 100% recommendation to get out of the crowds for a while."

This is a wonderful hotel in an excellent setting with great facilities and a very attentive team. 5 star service. The amravali suites are very nice. However the hotel does seem to attract quite annoying guests, the north Indian middle classes who are crude in their behaviours. They are rude to the staff, loud, the restaurant is treated like a roadside dhabba, they are in the pool fully clothed with grown adults throwing around frizzbies like it’s a children’s water park. The team were extremely...

My husband and I recently spent 3 nights here. We booked a Premier Suite with garden sit-out and it was the best choice we could have made. From the moment one enters Taj Aravalli, it is clear that this property is one of a kind. The resort is spread over 27 acres and they have golf carts to help take guests around. Activities offered by the resort include turf football, cricket, archery, paintball, billiards, among several others. It is a small town in itself and the next time we visit, we will...

Middle of nature, lush green and huge garden, well managed and clean resort. Big rooms with all possible amenities, staff is very friendly and helpful. Had a great stay here and the peaceful surrounding gives relaxation from hectic life of crowd city. A must go and experience place.

Wow what a stay! To start, the view over the hills and the surrounding lakes are stunning complemented by the various rooftops and balconies. The pool was very relaxing, while watching the local farm animals and inhabitant birds. The icing on the cake were the homestay owners and staff. General DD is a very interesting man, and his wife Joti is an excellent host, attending to every need and running an excellent cooking class. The food we ate after that class was absolutely delicious! One of the...

Brilliant hotel, amazing food, good location, reasonably good service. Best part was that we got a free upgrade. Breakfast was pretty good too. Dinner awesome...so much so that my friend said that he will bring his family there just to dine.
One thing - Google maps are not most convenient, don't follow it. Call hotel and take alternate route.

Beautiful property in the middle of a huge lake. Breathtaking views from every corner. Villa room was very spacious. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great service. Food above average. My 3 year old was in love with the semi private pool, which could have been cleaner. It's a great property for families with small kids but not stroller friendly. A must visit for all ages.

Stepping into Boheda Villa felt like escaping into a tranquil, green sanctuary far removed from the rush of the city although it's not far from the city. The classic vintage architecture gives the entire property a timeless charm, but what stood out most was the sheer comfort and cleanliness of the space. My room was massive and spotless, centered around a cozy window nook where I spent hours relaxing and soaking in the views. Even the bathroom was remarkably spacious and immaculate. Between...
