This is a wonderful hotel in an excellent setting with great facilities and a very attentive team. 5 star service. The amravali suites are very nice. However the hotel does seem to attract quite annoying guests, the north Indian middle classes who are crude in their behaviours. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel Recently refurbished to a high standard. Staff attentive and very helpful. Particularly enjoyed the musicians in the evenings and also at breakfast. Ate in the restaurant on several occasions and food was very good. The manager Mr Deepak Devpura made a point of asking each day, how my stay was going. He and his team made my stay so enjoyable. Give this place a try, i dont think you will regret it

Room service is pathetic after 11 pm there is no staff at that time and the service was also very slow in the morning

We arrived before 9 am after 2 long flights and were immediately given a room well before normal check in time to recupriate. The following morning we were asked if we would like to move to a better positioned room by the pool, which we did. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially Mr. Hookem (sorry if this is not how he spells his name) who put up with my inveterate questions and was helpful in every respect. Excellent hotel to stay in Udaipur, lot better than some hyped properties

The property was in an excellent location. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay. We ate at both in-house restaurants and the food was fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful visit.
