We arrived before 9 am after 2 long flights and were immediately given a room well before normal check in time to recupriate. The following morning we were asked if we would like to move to a better positioned room by the pool, which we did. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially Mr. Hookem (sorry if this is not how he spells his name) who put up with my inveterate questions and was helpful in every respect. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the City Palace and...

This is a wonderful hotel in an excellent setting with great facilities and a very attentive team. 5 star service. The amravali suites are very nice. Staff was excellent and meals were good too.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel Recently refurbished to a high standard. Staff attentive and very helpful. Particularly enjoyed the musicians in the evenings and also at breakfast. Ate in the restaurant on several occasions and food was very good. The manager Mr Deepak Devpura made a point of asking each day, how my stay was going. He and his team made my stay so enjoyable. Give this place a try, i dont think you will regret it

Good room, excellent staff, very good breakfast

The property was in an excellent location. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay. We ate at both in-house restaurants and the food was fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Everything was perfect

There was a convention on while I was there where they were hundreds of people mainly men but they had a barbecue on grounds adjoining the hotel. It was a lovely relaxation being able to watch the waterfalls and the calmness of...
