"Washroom glass slide door almost fell down it’s not fixed properly "

"TV in bedroom was not properly functioning. The remote would not change any of the channels. Once I pressed any of the up and down functions, nothing would happen. I had to use my phone to watch any amazon or netflix shows during my stay. "

"My husband and I had a great stay at Pickering Casino Resort. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in was quick and easy. The casino itself was fun and well organized, with lots of options for games and places to eat. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again."

"No gym, the pool has not had water in it in at least three years. The elevator was out of service for at least three days, the breakfast was a joke poor selection and tasteless. the drapes were full of holes, the shower head leaked the parking life was full of ice, the maintenance guy was smoking at the back door and i smelled like smoke all day. the television had constant interference. i have stayed a few time over the last year and nothing has changed. Stay somewhere else!! "
