Universal’s Volcano Bay

The girl at the reception is not friendly.

The room was just ok. The room wasn't worth the money I paid it. I didn't do a tour. It had a moldy smell. The carpet was worn, needing replaced or shampooed.The furniture and curtains were outdated. The washer and dryer was well used. The shower door was missing the silver bar across the bottom, so the water from shower was on floor. Had to put towels down to keep floor dry. Two of the eyes on the stove didn't work. The dish washer was old. It didn't dissolve the dishwasher powder they leave for patrons to use. Leaving the dishes dirty. The lights over the jacuzzi or the jets didn't work. The water park should be free. Admission was $25 per person. They didn't have lockers. We were told they were broke. Couldn't get on slides or use some of the pools. They were "down". The lazy river only had 5 floats available. The others were deflated. If you aren't an "owner", you don't get the upgraded "amenities ". Whatever those are. I will not be spending that kind of money for this place again.
