The hotel itself is brilliant. Well equipped with some of the friendliest staff around. The only issue is the surrounding area is a building site. The noise is rarely an issue unless you open your balcony door but it also means there is nothing to do around the property nor are there any nearby places to eat/visit This is offset by the good transport links and the excellent free valet parking.

Amazing place. Staff are excellent especially Winston at breakfast. All the staff from receptionists, valet guys, restaurant staff, the pool are all amazing. The rooms are clean and spacious, the atmosphere inside and outside the hotel was absolutely perfect for us. It will be nice though if more English speaking channels are made available. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning to go back.

Lovely value. Amazing location close to the metro literally by metro and lovely restaurants and stores close by. Will definitely stay again. Free breakfast and staff were amazing. View from the room to die for.

Nice and clean hotel. The only downside is the outer doors are not soundproof. So we keep hearing the vacuum cleaner when the housekeeping attend the adjacent rooms

The generous space of a serviced apartment combined with all the benefits and service of a hotel. You're compromising on the location but it means you get a lot more for your money. If this property were in the middle of downtown it would be a completely different price bracket. Sadly the traffic is getting worse in Dubai and it seems that rush hour starts at 5pm and lasts all night. Worth being aware of when staying in a hotel from when you need to get taxis everywhere. It's worth it though.

Loved staying here and the facilities are great. Free underground parking is a plus, as it is difficult to find free parking around the hotel!

The staff very helpful and friendly also the hotel is very clean and every thing is available in the room washing machine, iron, microwave, top glass Coker, big bathroom with free toiletry . Location is excellent 10 minutes walking from the tram and city centre mall , shops and restaurants close to the hotel .

Our family vacation in Abu Dhabi was a comfortable experience thanks to this hotel. The service is very prompt and the people are friendly. It is a good value-for-money proposition. It is close to the Abu Dhabi Mall and a range of restaurants. It is also well connected to all the touristy area and both the YAS entertainment area and the airport are 30 minutes away. Worth every penny.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, especially the front desk and housekeeping teams, who provide excellent service. The hotel's location is ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It's also just a 10-minute walk to the Mall of the Emirates, making it very convenient. I will definitely continue to stay here whenever I need an apartment in Al Barsha, Dubai. Highly recommended!
