"The villa is cozy and quite. The staffs are helpful and friendly. I am abit disappointed because of the dirty bed linen. There are yellow patches on the linen and matress protector. The protector is so dirty like didn't change n wash for long time. Their services is really good, i call the reception and they change for us without a single words."

"Property did not look like the pictures. AC doesn’t work in a place that was 90 degrees and humid, phone didn’t work, WiFi didn’t work, sheets smelled. Pretty much was forced to pay the cancellation because we were on a tight schedule and didn’t want to argue with the manager that barely spoke English over the phone."

I appreciated the large comfortable bed and inside/outside bathroom. One of the staff members went out of his way to help me find something in the village nearby, and to see me back to the hotel. "We had a great stay at FP Sheraton. The room are very spacious and clean. The staff are polite, hospitable and made sure that we had a comfortable and great time. During our stay, our son got sick and the staff made sure he was looked after. Appreciate all the things that Sinta and Ira did for him to make sure he’s taken care of. We will definitely book this hotel again for our next trip to Bali. Thank you again!"
