"The room was clean and comfortable. The view over the lake was fantastic. I've stayed several times. I go back because the pool is large, with lots of loungers and the breakfast has best variety of any hotel breakfast in the city. The staff is excellent, both friendly and professional. I appreciate the fact that there are posted rules for areas and the staff follows through with the rules, even when some customers complain. For instance, while at the pool recently, I saw a father arguing with the staff because he had put his young daughter in the pool in regular clothes. They pointed out that she needed to be in proper swim attire. He argued and yelled, but they held firm. Congratulations and well done to the staff!"

Everyone from the person who opens the Gate, Opens the Door at Security, Front Desk, Cleaning Crews and all of the Staff in the Restaurant on the 9th Floor are a joy - Always Smiling, Always enquiring as to what I need.
