"Good staff"

"Excellent service from airport pick-up, arrival to check out. Room was clean, air conditioning worked well, hot water. Breakfast buffet has something for anyone. The only complaint would be regarding the doors. Every morning when people left the neighboring rooms the doors would slam close with a big bang waking everyone up from the deepest sleep. If some kind of soft close could be attached or rubber damping would greatly help to improve the total experience."

"My stay at the Belmont was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist, creating a welcoming atmosphere the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Amenities such as the fitness center, dining options, and lobby spaces were well-maintained and added real value to the experience. Overall, the Belmont delivered outstanding service and comfort, making my visit truly memorable."

"The hotel and room were very nice, with beautiful design and quality finishes, like the tile in the bathroom. My room was small but adequate for me as a solo traveler. The staff were friendly and helpful. The gym was very nice, but I recommend they ditch the rap music that was piped-in the gym and the pool area. I spoke with other hotel guest who also disliked this awful noise. The buffet breakfast was very good with lots of dishes to choose from. Overall, this is the nicest hotel out of six I stayed in during my trip. I give it "two thumbs up". "

"The only thing was we had 3 people and only had towels for 2 so had to wait for an extra towel set when we just arrived from our 24hr journey & it was @3AM. It would have been nice to just have them all ready so we can freshen up and not have to worry about waiting for an extra set of towels "
