"We loved our luxury stay here. It was very easy to get to from the airport, and then the staff took care of everything and made us very comfortable. We wanted to decompress for a day after a lot of travel and it was perfect. We really enjoyed the pool, the food and the service. Would come again. "

I have repeatedly requested a refund for this unauthorized charge, but my concerns have been ignored. "The room was lovely and well appointed although looking out our window was a bit disconcerting as we faced buildings that were falling apart (almost literally poked like a war zone) and graffiti, I know the hotel can’t control the neighborhood and it’s not uncommon in India but it took me a little aback. That said we were there for one night before we flew home and it was great for that purpose. We also spend some time at the happy hour and while the pizza which was an India flavored pizza was surprisingly delicious, the drinks were subpar at best. Great atmosphere at the bar and service. Just don’t bother with the free drinks. The airport service pick up and drop off was also a great service. The room was very clean. You can definitely smell old tobacco smoke in the hallways."
