Staff were excellent, hotel was beautiful.

Lovely property near the beach in Alleppey. Room was comfortable and well appointed with all amenities including tea/coffee , iron and hair dryer. Nice helpful staff. Lovely breakfast with many options. Uber available for taxi rides.

I recently stayed for a day on the Cost Houseboat in Alleppey, Kerala, and the experience was truly memorable. The stay was comfortable and well-organized, making for a delightful getaway on the scenic backwaters. The staff members were extremely helpful and courteous throughout the stay, ensuring that all our needs were promptly attended to. Baywatch Resort is a GREAT place to stay with family. Very good home like facilities. Breakfast was awesome. Mr. Mathew was of great help anytime we requested. Our local auto driver Saji (recommend by mr.Mathew) was truely amazing and helped us for everything including shipping. I wish we could have stayed there for some more time.

Its an amazing hotel tucked away facing the lake. I loved the Aapams and the Mini Fishing Net. The facilities needed to be updated such as A/C & The Shower Head However it was a peaceful environment and the one room house boat was stunning

The staff were good, friendly and polite 😊 Our room was clean and decent. Food good. We were a bit confused about the itinerary so maybe making it clearer would be helpful to future guests. Thank you 😊

Very good. Very good breakfast. Value for money. Clean facilities

This is a perfect location for a Indian romantic getaway. The houseboat station is right outside.

property was clean and in good condition.well maintained neat and clean

I had an excellent massage and we liked the novelty of canoeing down to the beach. The front of house staff were excellent however the restaurant was less so.
