"We are family of seven from Canada, stayed one night at the Boat House. The bedroom is spacious enough for two adults and two kids to sleep with small luggage. The food is good. (Limited option or very standard boathouse meal). You can buy prawn , crab during the cruise in the close by shops and the chef will cook that for free. Raheem Residency

Raheem Residency

10/10 Excellent
"You must stay here if you want a Heritage Property rather than a generic hotel. Previous reviews online mention... Swimming Pool - No damage to any tiles and is spotlessly clean. Dated Rooms and plumbing - All the rooms have now been refurbished and are beautiful. A wonderful mix of historical designed furniture with modern amenities. Cleanliness - The property is spotlessly clean. Flyover / road - Yes this is ugly, no getting away from it. But we were not disturbed by any noise and it doesn't impact on your view because it's above property height. It has been built directly over the old road. It provides welcome shade when out walking and means the traffic isn't going past the hotel. Do not let it out you off. Beach - You can't swim here. The tides are too strong. But the beach comes alive with locals and stalls in the evening and is wonderful. If you want to swim use the hotel pool. Location- Superb location for exploring the local area."

"Nice and peaceful location, lovely restaurant stuff but awful reception: they were neiter able to connect with a kayak tour provider nor to get a cab on time. If you organize yourself, lovely and calm place just 3km from Alleppey jetty."
