"This hotel is fine for the price. There isn't much to do in Alleppey outside of the houseboat tours, so choice of location wasn't really an issue. The hotel was clean and staff were helpful. The rooms were very small, but we were only there for one night, so it wasn't a major inconvenience. My only real complaint was the WiFi, which was terrible and never worked in the room. "The staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. That may seem harsh but really, they were calling us regularly to ask mundane questions such as where we might travel to next. The wifi worked...10% of the time? The restaurant was terrible. If this was a home stay we completely would have understood but this was bad. None of the rickshaw drivers had a clue where this place was either. 'Sketchy' Defines this place to a 'T'."
