"The place is outdated and very old. It needs a major face lift. No issues with the staff, customer service was great. The water park was great I enjoyed it with my family. The room just outdated and smells old. Tv remote had tape on it and it was an old universal remote. They really need to update the entire place. I was disappointed in the room. I left before my time was up."

"The main reason i picked this location to stay was to experience the spa. Found out when i arrived it was permanently close. Also I paid they put a hold of $150+ my tax. $226.68. which was told i would recieve $150. but when i chevked out i was charged an additional $76.68 for the tax. Therer was no one to check uou out and the computer. "
