"The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the shower head was broken and sprayed all over me when I turned it on. There were also no tissues in the room."

"The Nugget Casino Resort hotel gave us one bed and two roll away cots instead of the two queen beds we ordered and paid for on Expedia. Terrible service and the Nugget staff refused any type of partial compensation for the bait and switch tactic. The Nugget Casino Resort staff argued with me that this was equal to what we ordered since we could still sleep 4 people. 1 queen bed is not the same as two roll away cots. Very disappointing stay."

"The service was friendly and great! Parking was good, the place seems a little run down, kinda feels unkept, it seems clean, but smoky in the lobby and halls, thankfully didn’t smell smoke in the room. Has too much light in the room for night time, but it’s nice. Beds are firm. But we’re grateful for them. The king bedroom we had didn’t have a refrigerator, when others did (that we learned about)."

"Front desk staff Roy was very helful. Didn't realize that there was no elevator and when the reservation asked if you had any accessory needs I did not put down needed first floor room Roy took our suitcases upstairs for us and gave us the number to call if we needed help taking our suitcases back down the hotel is also very close to the freeway which was helpful since we were continuing traveling the"
