Going from silver legacy to the el dorado wasn’t easy with a wheelchair. Had to go outside then into the alley to gain access. SL was great though. Will stay in the future

I booked a stay in this hotel because I would be attending the Tattoo Expo taking place downstairs in the exhibition hall. The self-check-in kiosk was quick & easy to use; all staff encountered were polite and helpful. The food selection within the resort was awesome.

Worst hotel ever. Not enough staff. Elevators don’t work. We had to wait over an hour & then it was iffy if the thing would actually get us down. Staff were uniform & not helpful or even sympathetic to our suffering. Will never stay there again

Thiis is terrible hotel for disabled. There are only a number of disabled spots on 1st floor of 8 story parking garage. I had to park on the 6th floor of parking garage. The doors to the hotel are not electric, except on 1st floor. So I had hell of time getting into the hotel. Checking out was a problem. Only 1 clerk in a huge hotel.

I rented the two cabana’s for my family to enjoy and swim. Our cabana’s had squatters and they were told to move and there was no staff onsite to clean up their mess and we had to do it. Also, there were a lot of kids playing rough in the pool and we had to call security to tell them to stop throwing their football, as they already hit my daughter. For what I paid, I should be reimbursed!
