It's an older casino and it looks it. The hallways are noisy as we were put in a room next to the elevator and ice machine! Other guests would let their doors slam shut at all hours!! At every restaurant in the casino, the hostess' were unfriendly and looked like they didn't want to be there! However the food at La Strada and Iciban's Steakhouse was great. Homeless people was also an issue (as is in many areas of the US today, sad!) The Cabaret Show at the Eldorado was excellent! Next time however we'll plan a trip to Las Vegas for more entertainment and dining experiences.

All staff members we had contact with were excellent! Housekeeping was fantastic! Room very clean, extra effort was taken to keep our room clean and restocked with towels, and even coffee! We stay here offered and have never been disappointed!
