"The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the shower head was broken and sprayed all over me when I turned it on. There were also no tissues in the room."

"Wheelchair van users can't stay here period. No parking. What they have marked as van accessible needs a visit from state inspectors. And the accessible room? Not at all. Don't even consider this hotel wheelchair users. Not their fault, but the noise of the city a total nightmare. If you are able bodied and come here to party or play, this place is dumpy but cheap. But if you need to rest, make sure you bring good earplugs. I use this brand often, but this one? I would not stay here again if they paid me!"

"The Nugget Casino Resort hotel gave us one bed and two roll away cots instead of the two queen beds we ordered and paid for on Expedia. Terrible service and the Nugget staff refused any type of partial compensation for the bait and switch tactic. The Nugget Casino Resort staff argued with me that this was equal to what we ordered since we could still sleep 4 people. 1 queen bed is not the same as two roll away cots. Very disappointing stay."

"The service was friendly and great! Parking was good, the place seems a little run down, kinda feels unkept, it seems clean, but smoky in the lobby and halls, thankfully didn’t smell smoke in the room. Has too much light in the room for night time, but it’s nice. Beds are firm. But we’re grateful for them. The king bedroom we had didn’t have a refrigerator, when others did (that we learned about)."

"Clean room. Confusing signage. From lobby you can go directly to food and casino. Map is not helpful. Not given unless you ask to find restaurants. Pillows not soft. Staff at checkin very helpful. Get rewards card to avoid long line to checkin "
