"The young lady on reception has very poor customer service. She is condescending and rude, she was to me and other guests. The room was not vacuumed at all and filthy. Uncomfortable mattress. "

Bar and restaurant were ok, but nowhere to sit at the bar, I could only sit at a dining table set for dinner when having a drink at the bar. It was not comfortable and gave the impression I was encroaching on dining space. Staff did not come and clear table either. Overall disappointing. Looked nice in the pictures but the experience did not match it. "

"Heythrop is nestled in the Cotswods, in and around a magnificent 18thc manor. Beautiful grounds, gorgeous building. Plenty to occupy. Lots of options to eat drink while the time away, not forgetting Spa and golf options. Staff are very helpful, rooms are comfy. "
