The bar was full, with guests constantly coming and going, and I honestly didn’t even know this hotel existed in Kettering before this visit. Breakfast was another highlight. Not only was the quality of the food excellent, but the staff were enthusiastic, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure everything was perfect, even checking temperatures to ensure everything was served just right. The view over the garden area was an added bonus and made the morning feel even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience from the atmosphere to the service."

"Check in was smooth and easy. Charlie was very pleasant and helpful. The room was prepared well and clean and tidy. Hotel facilities were good. Restaurant food was nicely prepared and presented and was very tasty. The coffee machine (premier room) was a bit of a faff to use but when it was figured out, produced nice coffee. One comment we read said there was a £10 parking charge. This was not the case and parking was free for travellers, but you must register the vehicle at reception."
