What stood out most was how alive the hotel felt, perhaps thanks to the festive activities. The bar was full, with guests constantly coming and going, and I honestly didn’t even know this hotel existed in Kettering before this visit. Breakfast was another highlight. Not only was the quality of the food excellent, but the staff were enthusiastic, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure everything was perfect, even checking temperatures to ensure everything was served just right. The view over the garden area was an added bonus and made the morning feel even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience from the atmosphere to the service.

Well set out hotel with pleasant staff and good facilities. Our family room was spacious and comfortable with a decent bed. Dinner was excellent and breakfast good. Minor niggles were that the cleaning of the breakfast tables could have been a bit better (crumbs left behind) and having to pay for weekday parking.
