Wound up staying in another property (65 Bremner) but I think it really worked out for the best. Such a convenient location right next to Scotia Bank Arena, a few blocks from Rogers Centre and CN tower and right across the street from Union Station. There is a grocery store around the corner and no shortage of places to eat the in area. The location is very lively and busy but the unit is quiet for a restful nights sleep. Management was very responsive with any questions I had. Would definitely love to stay here again for my next visit to Toronto!

Absolutely perfect! Location so close to CN Tower and Roger’s Centre. 10 min walk. Right outside building there’s great places to eat and right across street, there’s a beautiful park, small splash pad and great views. Book today

The representative “Sam” was an excellent service provider. He was a very reliable and quick response to our requests. Very well-organized house rules and easy access to the property. A few things we noticed: 1. The first thing we noticed was the condition of the carpet in the master bedroom. They may want to consider replacing it soon. Otherwise, you might want to have a set of disposable slippers for the guests. (*The carpet condition was noted in the house rule that was provided before our stay so it might have been damaged just before our stay.) 2. The master bedroom’s bathroom glass door hinge was loose… which should be looked after for safety. 3. The living room blinds were not functional, we couldn't see the view of the Toronto… 4. The baseboard was filled with dust that may have been missed by the cleaning team. I would think the above points will improve this condotel beyond the exceptional level of most five-star hotels in town based on our last stay at Soho hotel experience. Thank you, Sam, and I would highly recommend this stay.

Be aware this is not a hotel, so there is no staff to meet and talk to. All communications were via email. We got a last minute message saying there was a pluming issue at the original location(Dan Leckie way), so they move us to a different location. The rating is based on the new location, which was very nice. But before we got to the apartment, we had no idea what to expect. Would be good to include some pictures of the new place to reduce the feeling of uncertainty. Also, the apartment was on 40 floor, the elevator wait time can be up to 5 mins. So plan ahead. The area near CN tower is very touristy, but very convenient.

We made reservations for 151 Dan Leckie Way but were transferred to 65 Bremner Blvd the day before check-in due to some issues they had. Expedia still shows us staying at the Dan Leckie location. I can’t say how that condo was but the 65 Bremner location was perfect! Great location. For CN Tower and Union Station. The condo was very clean and the management team, who manages both locations, was communicative throughout check-in and check-out. Very happy with the stay and would stay again!

Stay was great. A few hiccups but very attentive host fixed issue right away. Just a text and problem is solved. This was our first time renting like this and we will definitely be back. Location is great. Few supermarkets close by, a park across the street with a soccer field and tennis courts. Dining options a few steps away. Tim’s across the street. Great location. Super comfy beds. If you’re in doubt just book it. You won’t be disappointed :)

This property was immaculate and the location was ideal for our trip. Property was well secured and it was very quiet. Property had everything as described on Expedia property description. As with anywhere there were a few minor issues which upon contacting Sam he gave further instructions and it was resolved. Example of an issue was the futon which would not lay flat due to the mechanism needing to be reset, however with a hard push and pull back it worked. Sam was exceptional, he answered our calls and text messages. He provided check in instructions, property rules few days before and check out instructions the day before check out. Overall, this was an accommodative property and highly recommended.

Great location, spectacular views
This place was modern and beautiful with a spectacular panoramic view of the city. It had wonderful location, walkable to many attractions. We ate at two delicious restaurants within 5 min walking distance of the place. Note to manager, main bathroom plug ins did not work. The only tiny complaint would be that we were given one washcloth for 5 people for two nights, but that is minor. I would def stay here again.
