Most importantly the free parking, omg we saved $50 a night lol. We had the most amazing view this was the best place I’ve sleeve stayed in downtown Super clean and the kitchen has everything we saved a lot cuz we got to cook whatever we want n throw dishes in the dishwasher

I really liked this place. Our room had a most beautiful view, lake view. Everything was walkable to us. We were there for an event and had to check in early and we were allowed to check in early. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and save money Also staff and management were very nice and helpful. Definitely Recommending this place for staying downtown Toronto

The location is fantastic—so close to everything, and the view was absolutely breathtaking! Having free parking was definitely a huge plus. The team was incredibly kind and accommodating; they even gave us an early check-in and a late checkout since we were in town for a concert. Thank you so much for making our stay so smooth and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back

Owners were very accommodating and gave clear instructions. I wasn’t sure about the extra information and giving an emt for a damage deposit but what the place had to offer was better than having to do that. Very respectful workers or owners

FRAUD ALERT – STAY AWAY This has been one of the most frustrating and infuriating experiences I’ve ever had while traveling. I booked this property through Expedia. Expedia clearly mentioned that a $600 security deposit would be collected by the property. After I completed my payment, the property owners contacted me and demanded that I upload my credit card details and send the $600 security deposit via Interac e-transfer to an email address. They refused to provide any check-in details unless I sent the money first. Against my better judgment, I sent them the $600. They then asked for a screenshot as proof, which I also provided, before finally sending the check-in instructions. Fast forward to now — it’s been three days since checkout, and I still haven’t received my $600 back. The owners are now claiming they never received the money, despite having my transfer confirmation and screenshot. Here’s the really suspicious part: The property lists a Canadian phone number on Expedia. When you call it, they hang up immediately. Then they text you — ONLY via text — from a New York number. They completely avoid phone calls and accountability. At this point, I am out $600. I contacted Expedia for help, and their response was basically: “There’s nothing we can do.” Absolutely unacceptable. Expedia is allowing these fraudulent hosts to operate on their platform and taking zero responsibility. Well played to the scam property owners — and shame on Expedia for enabling this
