"Decent sized room and air conditioned. Windows over looking the street and friendly staff. Great location as it was very close to a subway station and hawker market."

"It was nice and quiet. Pet friendly and saw dos and (heard) cat in a lobby but not in a room.
Want to try to bring our cats as every tine we feel guilty leaving them at boarding."

"The room are incredibly small, it’s very har to move and I had difficulty also in find a place for my luggage (a small trolley). The shower is on the roof of the bathroom, so once you use it it flood all the bathroom. Unfortunately, my shower didn’t get the hot water (while the sink had it). The hotel is ok, it’s been renewed short time ago and it’s in a very good position. There was a strange smell in the elevator area."

"Beautiful rooms and views of the bay, amenities in the room were wonderful (loved being able to open curtains from bed), excellent morning buffet, central location, and the staff went out of their way to ensure our stay went well."

Wonderful, helpful, friendly, efficient staff. Nice touches in hotel too: free laundry (2 items per day), good WiFi, complimentary cold drinks in room and if you run out, always supplied on request. Really liked the free ice cream too! 😊 Highly recommended

As a single female traveller visiting at a very busy time of year (Singapore F1) I am sometimes overlooked with staff being very busy. Here I found there was great attention to in-house guests and was never made to feel awkward or ignored.. Every little detail was covered and it was the perfect stay

We had an amazing time at the Amara Sanctuary Resort! All of the staff were amazing - Jennifer, Rachel, Sarah, Abel, Bryan & Shazriena, to name some of them…apologies if I’ve forgotten to put a name down! As I said, all of the staff were amazing & nothing was too much. They all went out of their way daily, to ensure that we had an amazing stay, at the resort. All of the staff are a credit to the Amara Sanctuary Resort…& they deserve a pay rise/bonus for this!

Very good Reception staff, rooms very clean & comfortable.
Good location with close proximity to Raffles Hotel 2 blocks away and the Sun City
centre where I recommend all tourists go to seek out the great Hippo buses for tours round the city. They also include in the $49 two day ticket travel to the distant Singapore Zoo - well worth the ride out but don't forget your discount cards and rain wear.
Downside is the breakfast eggs, eggs and more varieties of egg. No longer doing cereals but...

Super-friendly staff showed me to my room which had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and then pointed out that all rooms come with a hotel smartphone with unlimited free local calls and free international calls to 15 countries that I was free to take out with me when I left the hotel and then pointed out that the soft drinks (coke, coke zero, apple juice, water) in the mini-bar were all free of charge and then showed me the in-room Nespresso coffee machine...
