I am hesitant to review this hotel, which is marketed as a 4 to 5-star establishment, as it falls short of those expectations. Upon our late evening arrival, there was no assistance with our luggage, nor was there anyone available to guide us to the reception. This was my first visit to this particular hotel in Singapore. However, we had access to the Premier Lounge, where the staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful. I cannot commend them enough and would certainly give them a positive review. Our room was unremarkable, akin to what one might expect in a 3 to 4-star hotel. While it was maintained very clean, the bathrooms were outdated and lacked a bidet. My wife, being from Asia, is accustomed to such amenities, especially in a 4 or 5-star hotel in the region.

Air conditioning was good. Inaccurate advertising of property frontage & room facilities especially the Tv which required guests to use their own apps to access any tv format. Room service only weekly. Location great was the only good thing.
