"Front desk staff was great. Very welcoming upon arrival: 5/5 Room cleanliness. 4.5/5 Pool and slide was great very crowded but the kiddos had fun. 5/5 Hot tub 0/5 broke Hotel condition 4/5 some areas needed attention Only one elevator. Broken luggage carts. Tv malfunction but it was fixed right away. The staff tries and works hard to do what they can. The area the hotel is in Safe 5/5 Convince 5/5 Breakfast 1/5 why not have allergy friendly items. Overall I was pleased Value 5/5 "

"What an awesome place for us!! Room, staff, amenities ALL!! We were given top notch greetings and service for everything!! We’re looking forward to returning late spring early summer next year to this facility!! Convenient location for all family visits and things we love to see and do!! Our stay was perfect!!
