We picked this hotel for the kids to enjoy the pool and its location not center of the city. However everything for the kids was shut down and even the waffle maker wasn’t working for breakfast. "

"We arrived at the hotel around 2 AM due to a flight delay and expected to still be able to check in. Unfortunately, there was no one at the front desk. Even during night hours, there should be staff available to assist guests. We called multiple times with no answer and walked around trying to find an employee, but no one was present. After waiting a long time without any help, we were forced to leave and book another hotel. This was very disappointing and not the level of service you would expect."
