"This is our second stay at a Sofitel and we were equally as pleased! The staff were very helpful and the environment in the hotel is very clean, professional, and welcoming. I owuld definitely return here and would recommend to anyone considering a visit. The restaurant was also excellent. Very delicious and very respectful staff."

"We enjoyed our stay at CQ Rittenhouse. We have stayed at several CQ’s and once again enjoyed the complimentary water bottles that we refilled many times at the refreshing station in the lobby where we also enjoyed the complimentary coffee every morning. The staff were lovely and greeted us each time we came in and left. And the location could not have been better! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"The customer service is what made this trip so great. All the managers were very helpful, we had a super early flight and everyone was tired so they were able to check us in early. We went for the World Cup game and they had a late menu for those of us coming in after the game. That was very thoughtful. So all around very great customer service. Only thing, they really need to clean the rooms better, it was really dusty and covers had stained."
