"A beautiful well maintained property for my visit to Santa Barbara. Within walking distance to Funk Zone, State street, wharf , restaurants and beach. Staff were cheerful and helpful upon arrival. They offered a happy hour and a nice small continental style breakfast. The pool was heated which was nice since the temps were on the chilly side for myself. In room safe, ironing board, fridge and we even had robe's. I highly recommend staying here."

"Our room was next to the elevators and stairs and it was extremely loud. On top of that some guests were being very loud running around, yelling, talking loud in the hallway until about 1am and that was so disturbing,that we barely got any sleep. "It was a relatively cheap place to stay for the night. I booked a queen bed but they put me in a wheelchair accessible room with what appeared to be a double bed. The mattress was very worn; the springs creaked audibly. Very small room and the minimal furniture was worn out. Very helpful and efficient staff however. Even so, I can't imagine I would ever return here."
