Little gem of a place, ideally placed for easy access to both the Presidio and Golden Gate Park. Being on Geary means you have immediate access to the city via Muni buses outside too (either tap in with contactless or if doing more than a return trip buy a day ticket via the app). Our room was immaculate with comfortable beds. There's obviously some traffic noise due to its location, but this never stopped us sleeping or disturbed us. Local area is fine to walk around, easy to walk to the de...

For the price we payed the accommodation was what we expected it was clean and well situated for us and the parking was an excellent bonus

Great location and gorgeous socisl area upstairs

A budget option but clean, spacious and everything in working order. Air conditioning was good, amenities limited but as expected. Could do with a safe in room. Great location for walking to the coast and the east or west towards the piers or the Golden Gate Park. Lots of restaurants and bars and some useful shops one block over on Polk which was a friendly neighborhood.

The staff is very helpful and nice. Location is great you can walk everywhere within 30 min Breakfast is very basic but enough to kick off the day.

Brilliant location, clean and large room. Would definitely visit again.

Nice room with friendly staff and the parking lot is very convenient in SF.

Nice helpful guy on the front desk that will help with munibus locations 45 mibs to golden gate bridge walking or catch bus 28. Bus 28 in other direction ends powell street 1 minute from fishermans wharf.

The staff was so friendly. Room was clean. Street noise was bad, but the rooms were very comfortable. Parking was very limited but safe

Fantastic customer service by staff, very helpful. It was my first time in San Fransisco and wanted one overnight stay whilst I was booked on tours. The location was perfect, a 20 minute walk down to the pier and Alcatraz boarding and 6 minutes to the cable cart ticket office. The room was lovely, comfy mattress and all the amenities needed. Very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reasonable cost stay in SF. Parking was $25 per night. Thank you to all...

Was a bit worried reading the reviews however both hotel and car park were very secure and the area immediately around it not too bad. If you are heading to Union Square, I would turn right out of the hotel and left onto Folsom street, and then left on 4th street. We walked during the day and it was absolutely fine and got a taxi back if we were after sunset. The hotel was very clean and our room was quite big with good amenities. Breakfast was decent with cereal, toast, porridge and small...

Our stay was good but we did not like the area

Cheap and cheerful place, currently undergoing refurbishment. Fairly handy for Market Street and some of the gay bars in the area. Nearest Muni is Civic Centre, where you can also get the Big Bus tour from. Rooms are a bit grotty, but ok for a few nights. Breakfast is cookies and muffins. Coffee maker and fridge in the room, which was very handy.

Clean room in convenient area. Friendly staff
