"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, being so close to the Sky Tower in Auckland, which made it very convenient to explore the city and nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was also very affordable and offered excellent value for money. Overall, I would rate this hotel 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Auckland."

The facilities are excellent, the service throughout the hotel was brilliant, and every detail reflected a commitment to exceptional hospitality. A special mention must go to The Grill restaurant. The food was outstanding and easily among the best dining experiences I have enjoyed while staying at a hotel. The rooms were exceptional – without doubt some of the best I have stayed in. Stylish, comfortable, and beautifully presented, they made for a truly relaxing stay. An amazing experience from start to finish. "It was lovely to stay here. I was very grateful to the housecleaning staff, they did an amazing job. My toilet door had pink putty on it which looked really messy on the door. Also the shower windows had scum stains still on it. I have never seen this at any place I have stayed at before. Usually the windows are clean, shiny and clear. Still a nice place to stay."
