"The hotel is in a great spot in the city, close to the airport and really close to the train station. Excellent service by staff. They even upgraded me to a nice suite. "My mother and aunt, both 70-years-old were staying at the hotel for a religious event happening in the town. the Hotel was very helpful and made the trip stress free (Literally it was stress free) they also assisted them in fulfilling the religious rituals for which they were there for. "The hotel was clean & tidy. Staff were very attentive & sorted out any issues promptly! The cleaners were excellent, restaurant staff, reception & management were very pro active in their roles too! Would definitely stay at this hotel if visiting Trivandrum again! Special mention goes to Sidharth, Arun, Bhagyalaxmi, Vishnu & Rajaskar! Thank you everyone!"
