"The property itself was great--the building and architecture. Staff and helpful were gracious especially those at the club level. The club level amenities were good although, the breakfast food should have more variety especially if guests are staying a few days. The drinks offerings were excellent. The club level is located in another building across the main building where the pool is. I think the club level should be located in the building with easier access to the pool. It just doesn't make sense that club level guests have to cross the street to get to the pool. One time we decided to go to the beach, we found out that there were no beach side service. Guests were only driven to the side of the beach then left with umbrella and chairs which the guests have to haul to the beach and set up themselves. At least setting up the umbrella and chairs would be appreciated. Anyway, we ended up going back to the hotel at once since the beach wasn't that inviting anyway."

"Everything from checking in to checking out was wonderful. Our carpet was a bit wet from air conditioner and we were offered another room, however, it was fine. There were was plenty of hot water. Room serviced daily! Clean though out. Morning breakfast was really nice and they gave bags if you wanted to take something to snack on later. I’m not impressed easily, but this place is a keeper. They even had a nice place for smokers. Pool area was exceptionally clean with little cabanas. Don’t miss this little gem. Thank you Holiday Inn Express for a lovely stay."
