"Clean facilities and rooms. Conveniently located (in walking distance) to train & bus station and a variety of dining and shopping. Staff were friendly and helpful. We got to the hotel early and was able to store our luggage and explore the area for a few hrs before checkin. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! "

"Hotel was great and staff was friendly. The location made it a little difficult to get into Osaka but there is a shuttle to JR Osaka station that is very convenient. There are also train options but they require a 20min walk or a transfer from the New Tram to Chuo Line to get into Osaka city center. Great hotel!"

"Perfect property for my husband and me to explore world expo Osaka 2025. Everything about it was friendly and perfect. But it isn’t a busy area with shopping. There are two different nearby subway lines so you can get into the busy downtown, but the ride is a little on the long side."

"We loved the look of the hotel, especially the light-changing elevators and star ceiling lights in the room hallways. The room itself was a good size. It was nice and bright. The Halloween bath salts were a lovely touch. It was also great that there were kids movies that played on the television. It would have been nice if the kids movies rotated. We stayed multiple nights, and after a while we got tired of Sing 2 and Despicable Me."
