"This was such a warm welcoming place, with a huge room, good facilities and a nice breakfast. Really well located. Very much enjoyed my stay here and would recommend. As others have noted, it's a hotel combined with a residence for older people, and if I end up in such a place in my golden years I'll consider myself to have done well!"

The greek restaurant across the street is fantastic and it is wonderful to spent the evening in their back garden under the grapes. The nearby botanical garden is a place of peace and wonder and the walk to the university is leads you through Bonn’s most charming neighborhoods. If you don’t want to walk there is also a very frequent bus. Can’t say enough about just how gemütlich the hotel is. The common spaces and very generous - great to hang out in for some downtime or conversation, room feels safe and clean and little balcony is great. Staff was welcoming and herzlich."
