This is a historic property and that is part of the charm, if you want modern , it's not for you. Staff where very helpful and friendly, everything was clean. Amenities where plentiful. The pool is big enough for length swimming. Had a great view over the lake. Ask about the scavenger hunts they have.
I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking at it, will definitely stay there again if we go back to Mount Dora.

Lovely inn and bedroom. Less than 5 minutes walk to the centre. Breakfast is in a local restaurant which is a shame as we were looking forward to eating in the inn.

My Husband & stayed 2 nights here & highly recommend it . Kim & Soren are lovely & very attentive. The house is amazing & is close enough to walk into the town. If we are in the area again we would not hesitate in staying at the Farnsworth house again.

The fitness room has good equipment and you're provided with nice touches like bottled water, fruit for a picnic as well as unlimited coffee 24 x7.

Excellent place, very quiet and lots of places to relax. Choice of restaurant or bar food. I had a burger in the bar, which was very good.
No microwave in room, but TV, WiFi, water, coffee etc all there. First hotel I’ve been to recently that charged for coffee in the lobby - even in the cheaper motels it was complimentary. Minor niggle.
