"Found someone's eyelash within my sheets on my first day. I don't wear lashes. Luggage area is rude. The room is too bare and doesn't provide compete toiletries. Housekeeping doesn't come everyday. I stayed for 4 days and they only came once. "

"I loved everything about the place, the stay, the employees where super nice. The only complaint I had was the whole building had a loud buzzing noise and it shook in motion like I was on a cruise ship the whole time. They moved me from the 5th floor which was really bad to the 3rd floor but it still shook in motion like crazy but not as loud, even the bed. I felt like I was constantly going to throw up. "

"Value for the money. My expectations were not high. It's a decent choice for a manageable price. Wall are not very good at screening sound. If your neighbors are quiet, it's not an issue."

"Clean, great location; free water and good coffee in lobby. Rooms are small but comfortable. And close to Waterfront and Birth Beach. Have to pay $45 a day for city parking. Staff friendly, good restaurant. Elevator very slow. Great value for SF!"
