"Staff was so nice. Being over the plaza was loud though."

"John at the front desk is awesome!!! All the staff is great that I’ve encountered. However at the price point it’s at there are other options. I’ve stayed several times and I love the location, but the condition of the rooms is slowly degrading. Not saying I won’t stay again, but I am going to look at newer options. Also my other major complaint is the pool is only open to 10pm for kids, way too often the kids want to go in the pool after a long day out but it’s too late for the pool. I really wish this pool was open until at least midnight. Bottom line is it’s a great stay if you don’t mind a 1970’s feeling room."

"The good: 3 pools, breakfast, cleanliness of the room, helpfulness of the staff, proximity to attractions The not-great: the hot tub at the indoor pool was cold, the bed wasn't terribly comfortable Overall, it was a great stay and we would stay there again if in the area."
