"The staff was wonderful and good breakfast. Was moderately clean but could be a little better. Loved the lemonade in the lobby and the pools. Overall great stay and would stay again."

"Lovely stay in a beautiful area with a beautiful city view. Staff was very kind, specifically the bartender with red hair, I didn't catch her name, but she was fantastic. I only give 4 stars because the room itself was clearly not maintained well. The coffee pot when we arrived did not work (which they did offer to fix), the door on the dresser covering the fridge was loose so when you would open it to access the fridge, it would drop down a bit and you’d have to lift it to to close it back. There was also some kind water damage on the cover for the ac unit and the bulb for the lamp on the desk was literally dangling down. Overall we loved the location, views, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is gorgeous from an architectural perspective. I just wish that they maintained the rooms a bit more."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We loved our stay at Margaritaville and will definitely be back! From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed and taken care of. Mr. Rusty was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful, energetic, friendly, and genuinely made our experience even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed talking with him during our stay. We would also like to give a special shout-out to Mr. Colby. He was downstairs in the entertainment area by the bar, and we ended up spending time with him two nights in a row. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helped make our evenings so much fun. Everyone on the staff was wonderful, and the level of hospitality we experienced was outstanding. Thank you for helping create a perfect family vacation filled with great memories. We can’t wait to visit again!"

"The only reason I’m giving this a poor rating and not terrible is because of the staff being so nice. Other than that the photos are very misleading. This place is dirty. The balconies are rusted, we had bed bugs on our box springs, and dead bugs on the floor. Major water damage and mold. Also noticed the elevator license was absent and the elevator felt like it was going to collapse at any moment."
