Excellent location brilliant staff

From arrival to departure we found everything absolutely perfect, there is nothing to improve upon. What a fabulous way to be introduced to Istanbul. Firstly you are met and taken to reception, provided with lovely coffee and given so much great information. Great location, excellent service and brilliant restaurants. We stayed for four nights and had dinners in all the restaurants. Food quality (from Turkish to Japanese) is top notch. Hotel staff are always attentive and caring. In a nutshell, it is one of the best hotels we stayed in.

Excellent property if you are looking for something reasonable in Taksim great location. Very near to istiklal and all necessary stuff is within 5 minutes walk. The host was amazing and helped us with so many things to sort out including storing our luggage and helping us out with our young baby.

F Pasha is located a 5 -10 minutes walk from Taksim Square/Istaklal Street. Istaklal is a frantic/busy exciting main shopping/socialising area - when you step off it and head towards F Pasha it calms down considerably and you are in a far more peaceful residential area/neighbourhood which still has bars/restaurants etc. The hotel is everything you want for a base to see Istanbul - use public transport( get an Istanbul Card and shun taxis unless ordered by hotel) which is 5 -10 mins away....

My wife, our two kids, and I had a wonderful stay. We loved the hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around, and our room was spacious, bright, and well-ventilated. A special thank you to the housekeeping staff who looked after Room 404. The room was cleaned to an exceptional standard throughout our stay, and their attention to detail made a real difference. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to families.

Brilliant location and customer service!

The staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful, they help you with your luggage, hotel taxi, explaining prices, where good touristy places are. the breakfast is good. room service good. i have no complaints what so ever. everything was great, from the bathroom (which i'm very fussy about, because i like it to be clean and the shower temperature to be hot) to the bedroom. closet space was good, tv was cool.

I had a great stay at the hotel, very conviently situated as it was near the main sites. The terrace restaurant had fantastic views of the surrounding areas. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The Staff at Neorion really went above an beyond to ensure we had a great time in Istanbul. The Room was spotless and comfortable, breakfast was very nice and having a roof top terrace with beautiful views was a great bonus. The location is perfect to hit all the main sites of the golden horn and you're beside the tram line if you want to go further afield. The hotel is on a busy road so there is some street noise that didn't both us at all, but if you're very sensitive to noise perhaps ask for...

Centrally located. Bazaar literally a stones throw. Lovely staff. Great breakfast selection. Beware tourists love to take pictures just in front of the hotel. Also beware your taxi cannot come to the front door during working hours which is a nuisance.
